The Victim: Not that sweet little girl, no. Although she still holds the emotional scars. Her tiny friend, Carl, the caterpillar.
The case: On a beautiful Sunday afternoon, Mabel and her friend Carl, were enjoying the weather and playing together in the driveway.
After introducing Daddy and the camera to her best friend, Mabel gently set Carl on the ground. She then jumped on her bicycle to do some sweet circle laps around him on the ground.
The Defendant: At said place and time, Charlie Teed takes off running and smears Carl all over the pavement. Accident or intentional? We may never know. (At this time Charlie has no comment on the matter due to the fact that he has no idea how to form sentences.)
The Verdict: After Mabel seriously bawled for awhile and got the sads out, Mom, Dad, and Mabel decided it was an innocent mistake.
The Cure: Several games of candy land and a nice steaming cup of hot chocolate!
